   I bought this for my son for his locker at school. He has a neuromuscular disease that makes it hard for him to keep his arms up to do a traditional combination lock and most of the others are too hard for him to use or relocate. This lock works perfect. I have my fingerprint, his dad’s, his, and the principal’s programmed programmed in so far and it works like a charm. Never had to charge it yet and no problems with it not recognizing prints. Set up was easy to program and the lock is super easy for my son to re-lock on his own with no help. Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend.

   Al inicio todo iba bien a secas, de repente no reconocía las huellas a la primera. Hasta que dejó de reconocerlas por completo. El candado se quedó cerrado sin manera de desbloquear, ni siquiera con la app o después de volver a añadir el dispositivo. Afortunadamente, todos los días quito el candado y lo vuelvo a aplicar, de lo contrario habría perdido acceso a las cosas dentro de mi mochila. No es confiable, no lo volvería a comprar por nada del mundo. Hubiera sido bueno tener un método para abrirlo en caso de fallo en el lector y/o conexión con la app. No recomendado. Para nada.

   It looks like the company who makes this (and many of the other identical locks) must have listened to the reviews by a couple of the locksmith/pickers on YouTube. They have fixed the issues with this lock that they pointed out.
   Of course, no lock is 100% secure, I don’t care who makes it. A grinder with a cut-off wheel will open one every time. But as far as this lock being easily and quickly accesses that has been fixed. This lock is very secure. My hands get pretty beat up with what I do for a living so the finger print reader does not always work. When my finger is not chewed up, and rough, it works every time. The app is a little clunky but it is very secure with it’s separate password. You also must use the app to connect it to a secure bluetooth connection. I have had this lock for a while now and it has yet to be picked, unlike some of the other I was using.

   Ordered this product as it had the right kind of features I was looking for. The product stopped working all of a sudden and the customer support from Megafeis was horrible. They stopped responding after I shared the invoice showing that the product was only one month old. Would not recommend buying this or other products from Megafeis.

   Though difficult to get ahold of, this company went out of its way to replace a defective lock for me. The new lock works great. Support was limited to email and responses were recieved over night, but the customer service was top notch, informative, and detailed. Thank you for making this right.

   It finally happened, I started having issues reading my old padlock so I started looking for other options and this was perfect. At first, I did have issues opening the padlock when getting out of the steam room and workout. My body would not stop sweating no matter how much I wiped my fingers off. I found the trick is to tap tap tap on the lock with your finger, instead of rubbing or leaving the finger on it. With this method, I’m able to open the lock no matter how wet my hands are.

   I’ve been using the lock for about 2 months now and the battery is still at %100 percent.

   The lock bar is a lot thinner than I expected. I would not feel good about using this anywhere besides a gym locker or a school locker.

   Overall I’m very happy with this lock.

   I bought two of these padlocks. One of them unlocks to any fingerprint and the other doesn’t connect at all!

   And the App once you register the lock on it, you really have to fight with it before it lets you see the product, you click on the product and it returns you back to select it again.

   Good idea,I got one and it was working fine, until for some reason the green light started blinking and got stuck. At first with the light ( because i used it for my gate) it looked like a color blue. I thought it needed charging. Plug it in to charge for about 2 hours or a bit less. The light kept being on and I just couldn’t open it. I tried to connect it with the app but it kept saying that i needed to wake up the lock by touching it. I did and nothing, no response. I hoped it would run out of battery but nothing. Unfortunately i ran out of options because i really needed to get out to do my errands. So unfortunately i had to break it. I did searched for info but there’s no enough information. All i found is that if there was no response then the lock wasn’t good anymore. To sum up I couldn’t get out of my house from morning till almost dawn. Not very reliable. Used it for about 3 weeks, and no, it has not been raining. I did used it early morning and worked fine. Then that happened.

    El candado que recibí nunca funcionó correctamente y en lugar de responder a reemplazarlo quieren rembolsar 200 pesos solamente, esperaba apoyo y tener respaldo , no una propina que ni si quiera enviaron y sugieren que yo busquen cómo repáralo, pésimo respaldo en caso de falla
