I would say that the product is pretty easy to install and setup. Initial setup and installation worked just fine with my Android phone but once you don’t use the product for a day or so, the fingerprint scanner stops to work and then I have to use my phone to unlock/lock the drawer.
For whatever reason, the fingerprint scanner is not working properly if I don’t operate the drawer for couple of days.

Looks great. Works great. Not sure how long it will “remember” my fingerprint. So far, mine is able to unlock the drawer.
I found the instructions to be less than okay, but when you look at what is given, it’s pretty straight forward. The metric bolts they supply are way too small though (my drawer head was too thick, I needed 40MM to reach). Not a big deal, cost me $2.50 for 5 bolts.
All in all, I like it. Hope it lasts.

I originally bought one to keep the kids out of my snacks cabinet in the kitchen. These work so good and the batteries last forever. I ended up buying a ton more to put all around the house. Fingerprint scan is super reliable and it takes about half a second. Way more convenient than a key combo lock.

I purchased the metal one. It’s a lock of very good quality. I wouldn’t mind installing it on an expensive piece of furniture; it looks very nice.
The advantage of using this fingerprint lock instead of a standard key lock is that sooner or later you’ll stop using the key or loose it and your drawer or cabinet will stay unlocked. The lock fingerprint reader is very fast and it doesn’t bother me at all while ensuring the drawer is always locked.
