Update: The lock is already giving me trouble after 3 weeks. It will not keep a charge and my staff can’t open it unless they plug it up. We loved the lock, but we have to look for something else. It’s probably great if you don’t have to open it as often as we do.
I manage a collection lab and needed a new lock to secure our samples. I didn’t want another combination lock because they get stuck alot. I gave the fingerprint lock a try and my staff loves it. It was easy to capture everyone’s finger print through the app. It was smaller than I expected but works great. The real test will be how long it will last with constant use 24 hours a day. We shall see.

I bought the black one with blue tooth and works good and easy setup. Good to have app and works with fingerprint 100% of the time no problem unlocking. The lock is for low security though and not good to lock up high value stuff like bikes as the shackle is thin and lock small but ok if you live in low crime area or indoor lock. Not sure if it is waterproof however but I doubt it since the charging connector does not have a cover.
