Everything down to the app won’t unlock it randomly. I’ve tried changing batteries. I’ve tried everything. It really only unlocks with the green key. It comes with fingerprint never works. The code you put in never works and the app you download on your phone randomly decide to not unlock your door. Honestly, the biggest waste of time and money and you best. Hope you have a back up plan to get into where you need to go. Because his door knob will leave you stranded

It worked great, we were very happy. I bought this product Sept 9, exactly 1 month and 18 days later… The product stopped working. Even when I changed the batteries it does not work. It does not take the finger print, or code. The light blinks and will not open. Then the light blinks on its own as if its trying to open when no one is touching it. (which continues to drain the battery even more , although it doesn’t work ) We loved it, but it just stopped working and right after the 1 month warranty

This lock has every feature you need, key, number code, finger print, and card reader. Also easy to recharge battery just plug in a usb charger.
Also important it doesn’t move your lock or anything, it disconnects internally the ability to open the latch. That’s important because not all doors line up perfectly which would prevent the latch from closing.
My deadbolt like works that way.
