Works well, easy to program, reliable mechanism, lock cylinder seems decent though I’ve only had to use the key twice.
Indeed, it was only twice in the 3 or 4 months I’ve had it that it decided to take a nap, requiring me to get a key out of the lockbox to get in the house.
Both times I removed a battery and reinserted it, and it turned back on and worked fine, didn’t forget any settings, codes of fingerprints, so that was good.
If it hadn’t napped those two times I would give it 5+ stars.

Hace 2 meses compré la cerradura para mi puerta principal. Fue fácil de instalar pero, para no fallar, leí las instrucciones y vi el video. No tuve que hace mas hoyos, con el que tenia de mi cerradura anterior fue suficiente. La programación también fue fácil para mi pero también hay que leer tranquilamente las instrucciones. Le instalé hace 2 meses las pilas y aun siguen funcionando sin problemas, no se han descargado. Abrimos siempre con la huella digital y hasta el día de hoy, nunca ha fallado.
Creo que hice una excelente compra. Estamos encantados con ésta cerradura!
